At Goodman Executive Sedan Service, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we aim to accommodate our clients whenever possible. However, due to the nature of our business, the following cancellation policies are in place:
- Sedan/SUV Reservations (before 9am): Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full amount.
- Hourly Rentals: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled pickup time. If the reservation is canceled less than 7 days in advance, the full amount will be charged.
- All Other Vehicle Reservations: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled pickup to avoid being charged the remaining non-refundable balance.
- Special Events: For events such as sporting events, concerts, proms, and New Year's Eve, different cancellation policies apply. Please refer to our website for specific details.
Additional Information:
- Pricing is subject to change up to 12 hours before the reservation. All times and amounts provided are estimates.
- Any additional charges, such as extra time, tolls, parking fees, or reimbursements for requested goods, will be added to the final invoice.
- If travel exceeds 30 miles, the driver’s round-trip travel and portal time will be added to the actual service time.
